Spotify for Windows Desktop updated with touch support, download now

If you use Spotify to stream your music, you probably know that it has one of the best-looking Windows Phone apps out there. As for those of you who stream to your desktops, the Spotify HTML5 web player worked just fine, as did its native Windows application, unless you were using the latter on a touch screen, until now.

A recent update to the Spotify Windows application made it touch friendly so you can now scroll and navigate your way around the app intuitively, without having to rely on the scroll bars or a mouse/trackpad. Unfortunately, the app is still not optimized for high-DPI displays, so its UI elements will either look fuzzy when scaled up, or tiny when scaling is disabled. But adding touch support is a good first step.
